Euglena is a living plant-animal hybrid hybrid microalgae.
Just like plant, it can carry out photosynthesis; but just like animals, it has the ability to move on its own. Although diminutive in size (it measures only0.05mm under a microscope), euglena has an abundance of beneficial nutrients.
EUGLENA contains a total of 59 types of nutrients. these 59 types of nutrients are commonly found in vegetables such as vitamins and minerals, as well as those found in fish meat, including DHA, EPA, and amino acids.
Unlike plant cells, euglena does not have a hard cellulose cell walls, thereby making its nutrients easily digestible and absorbed by humans.
In the body, paramylon functions like a dietary fiber, which helps break down and eliminate unwanted dietary substance in the body that are not as easily removed through normal means.
